Under her leadership, Lucerne has achieved extraordinary growth.

Mary's success is due in no small part to her visionary approach to business. She has been a driving force behind strategic acquisitions, and she has been at the forefront of efforts to introduce next-generation engineering and manufacturing technologies into the company's operations. At the same time, Mary has been a vocal advocate for diversity and inclusion, recognizing the importance of building international relationships and leveraging the strengths of a diverse workforce.

As a highly regarded business leader, Mary has been recognized with numerous awards and accolades. She has been honored by Automotive News as one of the 100 Leading Women in the automotive industry and has been recognized as one of Crain's Detroit Business' Notable Women in Manufacturing.
