Purpose of meeting: Uncertainty and chaos seem to be normal these days.  This is a non-recorded, open dialogue to navigate resilience, adaptability, and a positive mindset.  This will enable the attendees to gain insights from others, have a respectful discussion providing a safe place to come together and share ideas, topics of interests and build connections.

Marley Devergilio is an AWAF Board Member serving as co-chair of the membership committee. she currently is the sales strategy manager (JOEM/KOEM) at FORIVA HELLA. Previously, she was a Key Account Manager at AVL Mobility Technologies, where she managed a broad portfolio of customer accounts across leading OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

With 11 years of experience in the automotive and consumer goods industries, Marley has built strong relationships with several major customers throughout her career, including Ford, Lucid, Hyundai/Kia, Mobis, Toyota, and Nissan. Prior to her current role, she served as an Account Manager at Neapco, a driveline supplier, and at ZF within the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems division. Marley holds a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Professional Sales and an MBA in Value-Driven Organization from Central Michigan University.

She is also passionate about advancing women in mobility and making others in the industry feel welcomed. Marley serves on the Board of Directors for the Automotive Women’s Alliance Foundation (AWAF) and is an active member of MEMA, Women in Manufacturing, and SAE International.
