Jashmita Kashat is an executive leader with over two decades of experience in automotive electronics and ADAS. She currently serves as Head of Product Line & Program Management – ADAS at FORVIA HELLA, where she leads teams delivering Radar program execution at scale. She previously contributed to building a strong PMO at Luminar Technologies, supporting its growth as a Tier 1 supplier. She brings a unique blend of experience across both high-growth startups and established Tier 1 organizations, combining agility with disciplined execution.

Jashmita began her career as an electrical engineer at ZF Electronics and has since progressed through leadership roles across product development, business development, and program management. She serves on the Board of the Automotive Women’s Alliance Foundation, providing strategic guidance to advance leadership development and industry impact.
