Kellie Lindsay is an engineering‑trained innovation strategist who works at the intersection of industry and emerging technology to accelerate meaningful innovation. As Founder of High Potential Products LLC, she helps mobility, hardware, and industrial technology organizations make sense of new technologies, understand where they matter, and build the right relationships to move promising ideas toward real‑world use. Her work spans startups, corporate innovation teams, and ecosystem partners, with a focus on identifying practical opportunities, reducing friction, and creating the conditions for early adoption.

Through High Potential Products, Kellie focuses on industry activation - helping organizations see clearly how emerging technologies fit within real operational constraints, how decisions are made inside complex enterprises, and where external innovation can unlock momentum. Her career includes leadership roles at Autotech Ventures, Thirdware Labs, ON Semiconductor, and Ricardo, covering AI/ML, connectivity, ADAS, electrification, and digital transformation.

A long‑time advocate for women in engineering and mobility, Kellie serves on the Board of the Automotive Women’s Alliance Foundation (AWAF) and is a former President. She is also part of the GAMIC leadership team and the inaugural GEM Leadership Cohort. Kellie is an Expert‑in‑Residence at the Centrepolis Accelerator. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering (UW) and an MBA (UD Mercy).
